In accordance with the regulations, we do not collect data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, personal genetic data, personal biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying an individual, personal data concerning health or personal data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of an individual. 

These particular categories of personal data are never collected or processed by SOLO INVEST.

 

 

1.3     What are the legal bases for processing your personal data?

We process your personal information according to two lawful bases :

• consent: you have consented to processing your personal data for one or more specific purposes;
• performance of the contract: the processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

2.1     Handling our obligations to our customers

• Processing orders and deliveries

2.2     Where is your personal data stored?

The data is stored in compliance with French legislation and European regulations.

We may need to share with other companies personal data necessary for the performance of the services you have contracted or subscribed to (e.g. home delivery, product availability alert). All operations with a service provider who receives your data will be subject to a contract in order to ensure your data is protected and your rights are respected.

If our service provider operates outside the European Union, we protect the confidentiality of your personal information and your rights by using the data protection clauses recommended by the European Commission.

As all personal data is confidential, access to it is limited to SOLO INVEST employees or service providers acting on behalf of SOLO INVEST, who need it for the performance of their tasks. All persons having access to your data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may be subject to disciplinary measures and/or other sanctions if they fail to comply with these obligations.
